At Brooklyn Bedding, we want you to sleep soundly knowing your purchase is protected by our 120-night risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after the initial 30-day break-in period, we offer free returns and easy exchanges.

Return Process

  Start the Break-In Period

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body and the materials to adjust to each other.

  Contact Customer Care

  If you are still unsatisfied after 30 nights, reach out to our sleep experts via phone or email to initiate your return or exchange request.

• 3.
  Schedule Removal

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
